40g porridge oats
20g peanut butter powder (the powdered version has fewer calories)
Liquid sweetener (Hermesetas is the sweetest sweetener)
50g Philadelphia Light
10g Coconut flakes
10g Coconut flour
Pour these 3 ingredients with hot water and put it aside while you prepare the ice cream. Sometimes, I put 30-40g Rice Crips for more volume because I love big meals.Use a baking form and pour the waffle first, I usually use a spoon to form the layer.
Then, pour the ice cream layer and finally a very small amount of the cacao powder as you might become very messy. Put in the freezer and wait around 2-3 hours. I usually prepare this alongside with my lunch, then go to the gym and when I come back - it's ready.
Low Fat Cacao powder (The only place I find it on a good price is eBay - just search for 'Reduced Fat Cacao Powder' and always check the nutrition data - it should have around 230kcal per 100g)
